How wonderful that you found yourself in my corner of the internet, let me tell you more about Wildflowers and Bloom.
Wildflowers and Bloom is my way of expressing my love and passion for plants and movement. We are the wildflowers — and movement, herbalism and magic helps us to bloom time and time again. Everything that I share and offer are modalities that have also helped me in my personal journey.
Through Wildflowers and Bloom you can book 1:1 and group sessions with me, also purchase herbal medicinals that I am made in my apothecary. This includes tinctures, flower essences, and herbal oils. (Store link to be posted soon).

My journey began with dance as a way of connecting to myself and making sense of the world around me. In this exploration I discovered movement as a way of listening to the world within. Now I hold space for others to do the same.
As a instructor, reiki practitioner and certified herbalist I am passionate about the interplay between proper alignment, exploring the edge of movement, moving mindfully and listening within.

HERBAL CONSULTATION
In this 60-minute session we will welcome in the spirit of the plants to get to the root cause of your healing. This includes a Plant Spirit Reading, in which the spirit of the plants are invited in, we’ll listen to their guidance and support to receive from them. This knowledge will help you work more holistically with the plants, understanding their wisdom on a deeper level.
